We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured "food machinery automation equipment." The system had a mechanism that allowed for the attachment and detachment of 72 cups with one touch, but it lacked a rotation mechanism, and since it was tightened with a union fitting, it took a long time to attach and detach. By innovating the large melting coupler, we made it possible to attach and detach with one touch, achieving a reduction in work time and cleaning time. We also integrated the cup rotation motor into a single structure, making it easier to clean and reducing the accumulation of debris.
