We will manufacture CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) round bars of various outer diameters according to customer orders. Prices vary depending on size and quantity, but we generally accept orders starting from 1m x 10 pieces. The outer layer typically resembles a grid pattern associated with carbon, but this product prioritizes strength, so it does not have a grid pattern. The round bars are produced using filament winding. We also accept orders for outer layers with a grid pattern.

CFRP is... It is the most attention-grabbing material among advanced composite materials (ACM). It is manufactured by molding and processing carbon fibers with matrix resins such as epoxy and polyimide, and it is also a material designed according to the type, orientation, and combination of carbon fibers to meet specific applications and required characteristics.
