We would like to introduce a case where we supplied a semi-automatic filling capper for the production of products for overseas end users to a long-established chemical manufacturer with over 130 years of history. For this customer, we introduced a semi-automatic filling capper for chemicals used in LCDs for televisions and computers. Previously, the customer was producing with equipment dedicated to 10L containers, but due to recent digitalization and the increase in demand for chemicals used in LCDs, their overseas end users requested equipment capable of producing 20L containers. After the introduction, they became able to manufacture 20L products, allowing for the production of products with different capacities using a single machine.
