The "DSF" is a high-performance classifier with a semi-free vortex design that has no moving parts inside the machine. By connecting it to our supersonic jet mill, an ideal closed-circuit grinding and classification flow can be established. The "DXF" is an improved version of the general-purpose "DSF" model, enhancing classification performance in the fine powder range, which is said to be difficult for semi-free vortex classifiers. The "UFC" is also a classifier without moving parts, similar to the DSF and DXF. Coarse and fine powders are discharged after undergoing multi-stage classification, allowing for sharp fine powder cuts. The "MDS-3" is a high-precision air flow classifier suitable for creating small sample amounts in the laboratory.
