A groundbreaking classification machine has been born! With its innovative structure, the classification rotor minimizes the entry of coarse particles, achieving high classification accuracy and low pressure loss.
The air flow classifier "U-Fine Separator" has achieved high classification accuracy and low pressure loss due to its revolutionary structure of the classification rotor, which minimizes the entry of coarse particles. It can be used when producing products by cutting fine or coarse particles from raw materials, particularly when installed after a pulverizer to obtain fine powder products. This product can be utilized in a wide range of fields including chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, and minerals.
【Structure】
Raw materials are fed into the throat at the entrance, spreading across the entire width of the classification chamber along with the air flow. Inside the classification chamber, the incoming air and the intense air flow generated by the rotation of the classification rotor create a dispersed state, where classification occurs. Additionally, due to the effect of secondary air, raw materials remain at a certain concentration within the classification chamber, receiving sufficient classification action. In the classification zone, classification occurs due to the centrifugal force from the rotation of the classification rotor and the internal force from the air flow passing through the rotor. Fine particles smaller than the classification point are carried by the air flow to the dust collector, where they are collected as fine powder products. Coarser particles than the classification point are discharged through the rotary valve at the coarse particle outlet.
