It is recommended for the selection of wheat flour and other grain flours at milling factories.
The graded machine "MPU Type Purifier" effectively separates coarse particles and irregular fine powders containing high ash content, such as bran flakes, through a combination of air separation devices and screening operations. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a larger quantity of high-quality flour by aligning with highly pure coarse endosperm. 【Features】 ■ High precision purification ■ Hygienic ■ Airflow adjustment ■ Easy maintenance ■ Double deck The "sieve brush" is made of a special lightweight alloy, and the mesh is stretched evenly with sufficient tension without distortion, thanks to the pull rod passing through the folded ears. The inclined brush automatically reciprocates under the sieve, completely brushing the entire surface of the sieve, preventing clogging. To ensure smooth operation of the sieve area, the stock flows uniformly. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF materials for review.

basic information
By combining air separation devices with screening operations, we effectively separate coarse particles and irregular fine powders containing high ash content, such as bran flakes. As a result, we can align them to produce high-purity coarse starch, allowing for the acquisition of a larger quantity of high-quality flour. 1. Raw materials are quantitatively supplied by a roll feeder, achieving high-precision purification. 2. The use of a vibration motor for power and vibration support with anti-vibration rubber has made maintenance easier. 3. Airflow classification and intake adjustment are easy. 4. The structure is hygienic with minimal powder accumulation. *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF materials for review.
