In response to foreign matter contamination measures in the cell manufacturing line for secondary batteries (lithium-ion, all-solid-state, etc.), we introduce the Meech non-contact web cleaner and brush-type web cleaner! The substrate is neutralized of static electricity by an ionizing bar at the entrance and exit of the cleaning head. Inside the cleaning head, it is exposed to turbulence created by blowing (positive pressure) and suction (negative pressure) air, generating high-frequency micro-movements on the substrate surface, which removes foreign matter within the boundary layer.
