Rotor Clean is a dry cleaner that primarily cleans flat-surfaced substrates by making contact with a rotating brush during roll-to-roll and conveyor transport processes. It effectively removes dust and debris that are mainly stuck due to static electricity, as well as small metallic foreign objects, resin scraps, fiber clippings, and hair, using the physical force of the rotating brush. Rotor Clean is equipped with a static electricity removal bar, a flat jet nozzle for air blowing, and dust collection capabilities, in addition to the rotating brush. The static electricity removal bar emits ions and strikes the statically charged products with high-speed pulse air blow, sucking away dust and debris from the surface. Foreign objects are collected using a filter set in a separate dust collector. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.

A tray is a "container" used for moving products between processes or for shipping final products. Cleaning trays is as important as cleaning the products themselves. Trays can become charged with static electricity, attracting small debris and dust. If the items placed on the tray are optical products like lenses, the debris on the tray can transfer to the lenses and stick to them. Lenses with attached debris can cause processing defects, product defects, and reduced yield in the next process. If the products placed on the tray are electronic components, any minute metallic foreign matter on the tray can stick to the electronic components when placed on the tray.
