We would like to introduce a case study of the cloud-based health management system "GrowBase" implemented at a convenience store chain. Before implementation, we checked information for approximately 6,000 people printed on paper one by one and managed it by inputting it into Excel. Additionally, the manual work was so burdensome that it took a long time to provide feedback on health check results to employees. After implementation, the health check results are imported as electronic data, improving data accuracy. By sharing voices in real time, it becomes possible to engage in interactive appreciation with an "indeterminate number of people," which was not achievable in previous gallery talks.

We would like to introduce a case where the "Visualization Engine" was implemented at the Morohashi Modern Art Museum, a public interest foundation. Using a word cloud, we projected the voices of visitors both in the venue and online onto the venue itself, challenging the concept of "interactive appreciation" during the COVID-19 pandemic. We adopted this system for its pop and easily readable output. We collected feedback on the artworks using this system and projected it as a word cloud on the walls of the museum using a projector. This allowed us to express the impressions of those who viewed the same artwork as a "form," regardless of location or time.
