The "SPM-300 Series" is a film coater suitable for film formation at very low flow rates. It has a high coating efficiency for the applied materials, reducing it to 1/2 compared to conventional spray methods and to less than 1/30 compared to spin methods. Since it applies films in a normal pressure environment, there is no need for vacuum equipment, significantly reducing the costs associated with expensive vacuum systems. Materials containing larger solid particles can be used. Exhaust and waste liquid treatment can be managed with a minimal system compared to conventional systems. The active "Self-Standing Spin Coater ACT-700AII" is a highly versatile manual droplet application device that supports substrates up to φ500mm. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 3000 rpm for one minute, with an accuracy of less than ±2 rpm, which is very good. It allows simultaneous setting of "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. It is a self-standing model with casters for easy mobility and an ergonomic working height. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and if the safety cover opens during rotation, it automatically stops the rotation, ensuring safety. Exhibition of Adhesive Technology on May 24, 2024: Hot Melt Roll Coater

Prototypes can be tested with a machine that supports a maximum coating width of 1000mm in the fast lab room!

This is a hot melt roll coater that incorporates know-how cultivated through years of adhesive application for optical discs (DVDs). For optical discs, coating is performed with a precision of 10μ ± 0.5μ. The standard coating width can be up to 1600mm (depending on specifications). In our fast lab room, we can prototype using a test machine that accommodates a maximum coating width of 1000mm. We can perform a variety of coatings according to the substrate, from small to large applications. Specifications can be customized according to customer requests.
