Achieving a uniform coating film by using lifting and tilting functions for complex-shaped workpieces.

This device allows for the prevention of liquid pooling and approaches a uniform coating film by tilting the workpiece to an angle that facilitates liquid flow (Y-axis) during the lifting process (X-axis) for complex-shaped workpieces that are prone to liquid pooling in a vertical lifting posture. Additionally, for high-viscosity liquids that may cause dripping due to the posture after lifting, it is expected that changing the workpiece posture using the tilting function can also prevent dripping. As an option, it is possible to propose a 3-axis type by adding an additional axis and incorporating a rotation function to the tilt, allowing for a more uniform liquid flow onto the surface of cylindrical workpieces, resulting in a more uniform film formation.
