Introducing the tabletop spin coater 'ACT-220AII-4axis' with 4-axis simultaneous drive. It is capable of 2-axis, 3-axis, and 4-axis simultaneous processing (startup) and can spin coat 4 pieces at the same time, despite being a sheet-type machine. If you are processing small substrates (for round substrates up to φ100 and square substrates up to □70mm), please consider this machine. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 6000 RPM, with an accuracy of ±1 RPM or better. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one step, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to meet your desired conditions. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it will not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating if the safety cover opens while in operation, ensuring safety. Additionally, it has an emergency stop button that stops the machine in free run mode. The operation panel is simple and easy to use. While we do not have a demo machine for the 4-axis simultaneous drive type, you can check the movement of the standard 1-axis machine and the usability of the equipment.
