The popular active model "Tabletop Spin Coater ACT-220AII" is the smallest manual drop-type spin coater among our standard spin coater models. Weighing approximately 18kg, it is light enough for women to carry, making it convenient to use in various locations. Despite its low price, it allows you to set the rotation speed from 0 to 7000 RPM within one minute, with an impressive accuracy of ±1 RPM or less. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and it features 10 steps with 100 patterns, making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. The safety cover includes a drop hole (with a sliding lid) that allows for dripping even while rotating. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating if the safety cover is opened during operation, ensuring safety.
