The active "Tabletop Spin Coater ACT-450AII" is a highly versatile standard machine for manual dripping, compatible with substrates up to φ250mm. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 5000 RPM (6000 RPM is also possible depending on the work), with an accuracy of less than ±1 RPM, which is very good. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. The safety cover has a dripping hole (with a sliding lid) that allows dripping even while rotating. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating immediately if the safety cover opens during operation, ensuring safety. Additionally, it is equipped with an emergency stop button that stops the machine in free run mode. The operation panel is simple and easy to use.
