The active "Tabletop Spin Coater ACT-500AII" is a versatile standard machine for manual dripping, compatible with substrates up to φ300mm. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 5000 RPM, with an accuracy of less than ±1 RPM, which is excellent. You can simultaneously set "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and it features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. Due to the working height, this is the maximum cup size possible for a tabletop model; however, depending on your specifications, a dedicated stand or a free-standing model may be more user-friendly. In that case, we will provide a proposal with a quote. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and it automatically stops rotating if the safety cover opens during operation, ensuring safety.
