Seismic retrofitting measures: Maintenance-free and reliable manhole VD method.

Through non-excavation, we will implement seismic reinforcement measures for existing manholes.

This method suppresses the uplift of manholes through two functions: ground improvement by vibration and the drainage function for excess pore water pressure relief. It allows for drilling from inside the manhole to the bottom of the manhole without drawing in groundwater or soil, enabling the installation of a filter. By vibrating the manhole body and compacting the surrounding ground, ground improvement is achieved, and even if excess pore water pressure occurs due to aftershocks, it is maintenance-free, providing peace of mind. [Features] - No excavation - Maintenance-free - Resistant to aftershocks *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

WT method

Application to the installation of various facilities! Easy construction even on soft ground or ground with high groundwater levels.

The "WT Method" is a construction technique that improves underground areas such as parking lots using the TNF method, creating a reservoir consisting of walls on four sides and a bottom slab. By forming the contact surface between the bottom slab and the underlying ground in a grid pattern, it maintains the stability of the structure even on soft ground. Additionally, since the improved ground serves as a container, construction work such as rebar and ready-mixed concrete is almost unnecessary. It allows for a shorter construction period compared to typical retention facilities. 【Features】 ■ Easy to construct even on soft ground or ground with high groundwater levels ■ Minimal construction work required as the improved ground acts as a container ■ Shorter construction period compared to conventional retention facilities ■ Can be freely shaped, allowing for the installation of oil tanks and piping systems *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Patent Pending] Single-axis Soil Continuous Wall GuisWall Method

A new construction method using a special blade to build structures underground! (Patent Application: 2021-17112)

The "Soil Continuous Wall GuisWall Method" is a new construction method currently under patent application, which uses a special blade to drill overlapping holes for elements and both ends, followed by the insertion of H-steel for construction. Using a dedicated drilling machine, the ground is drilled with an auger, and while discharging cement milk from the tip of the auger, the drilling and mixing of the first and second elements are performed. Next, the third element is constructed by overlapping the end holes of the first and second elements for drilling and mixing. During this process, a special blade is attached and inserted to ensure that the H-steel does not sway sideways, allowing the structure to be built underground. Additionally, due to the single-axis construction method, it is also possible to drive long retaining piles and pier (platform) piles. 【Product Lineup】 ■ Single-axis method (patent application pending, application number: 2021-17112) ■ SMW method * For an overview of the method, please refer to the [PDF download] for materials, and feel free to [contact us] for more details.

Construction Case: Injection Work

Injecting a solidifying agent into the voids of sandy soil! Introducing a method to improve it into a stable ground.

"Injection" is a method of improving sandy ground by injecting a solidifying agent (chemical solution) into the voids of the soil to create a stable foundation. First, a survey is conducted to check for any obstacles, and the construction site is marked. A boring machine is set up, and while supplying drilling fluid (chemical solutions A and B), the drilling rod is pressurized and injected to drill to the specified depth. In the first injection, a quick-setting type of chemical is used to fill large voids in loose sand layers and cohesive soil sections, preventing the injected chemical from diffusing or escaping from the injection site. In the second injection, a medium-setting to slow-setting type of chemical is used to permeate and inject into the smaller voids of sandy ground that contain a significant amount of medium to well-compacted sand layers and cohesive soil, solidifying the ground as a whole. Once the specified injection amount for one stage is reached, the process moves to the next stage, and after repeating this for all stages, the chemical solution is replaced with water to fill the injection holes while withdrawing the rods. *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.*
