Comparison of Groundwater Lowering Methods

High pumping capacity! A comparison of the Super Wellpoint method and other groundwater lowering methods.

This document compares three groundwater lowering methods: the "Super Well Point Method," the "Deep Well Method," and the "Well Point Method." It provides detailed information on each method, including an "Overview Diagram," "Principles (Pumping Methods)," and "Advantages and Disadvantages." The Super Well Point Method is effective not only for lowering groundwater levels but also for countermeasures against bulging, promoting consolidation, and landslide prevention. It is often adopted as a widespread groundwater lowering method for facilities such as adjustment ponds. We encourage you to read it. Groundwater Measures for the Underground Main Works of the Sendai Airport Access Railway

Introducing SWP method and VPRW method as foundation work and groundwater control technologies!

This document presents information regarding "Groundwater Measures in the Underground Main Works of the Sendai Airport Access Railway." In this construction, the "Super Well Point Method" was adopted as the groundwater lowering method, and the "Vacuum Press Type Recharge Well Method" was used as the treatment method for returning pumped groundwater back underground. We introduce the methods that have also resolved issues such as the high concentration of dissolved iron in groundwater, starting from the comparative examination stage. [Contents] ■ Introduction ■ Overview of the Construction and Site Conditions ■ Overview of SWP Method and VPRW Method ■ Construction Details ■ Conclusion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Overview of the A&S Method

Low cost, shortened construction period! Apply compressive force to weak ground to increase strength.

The "A&S Method" is a consolidation dewatering method that adds embankment to the ground improvement method "SKK Method," which enhances the groundwater recovery capacity. Since the ground that has been vaporized under vacuum has minimal subsidence as it is, compressed air is sent to the sand layer surface using a large compressor, generating uplift pressure from the air pressure. The step-type Qin-TAKO compresses the cohesive soil directly and uniformly. By reducing the water content ratio through air blowing and then vaporizing the entire area under vacuum, compression subsidence is achieved due to atmospheric pressure and embankment weight. The reduction in water content ratio and compression subsidence can increase the strength of the ground. 【Features】 ■ Low cost ■ Short construction period (approximately 3 months) ■ No restrictions on construction speed during embankment *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Asbestos containment and slate strength restoration revival method

A restoration method that offers both insulation and waterproofing effects in a single application.

The SOSEI method allows for both insulation and waterproofing effects to be achieved in a single application by spraying polyurethane foam and waterproofing polyurethane onto corrugated and slate roofs. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ The polyurethane foam layer adheres seamlessly to the roof, making it less likely to peel compared to other insulation materials, and it has excellent insulation performance. ■ It has excellent compressive strength, reinforcing existing roofing materials. ■ With low mist dispersion and a quick curing time of 3 to 10 seconds for tack-free, it minimizes mess in the surrounding area and reduces temporary costs for splash prevention. ■ It has a condensation prevention effect, allowing for flexible adjustment of the thickness of the polyurethane foam layer based on indoor temperature, indoor humidity, and outdoor temperature conditions. ■ With an average productivity of 500 m² per day, it excels in work efficiency, significantly shortening construction time and achieving savings in labor costs and general management expenses. ■ It forms a robust coating, has excellent self-adhesiveness, and results in a seamless finish, enhancing durability. ■ For other functions and details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Non-silt clay water barrier construction method "Eco Clay Wall II Method"

A mud-free clay waterproof wall construction method that can create a waterproof wall with excellent durability and no deterioration of the wall body.

The "Eco Clay Wall II Method" is a waterproof wall construction method that uses clay minerals (EC wall material) as the main material, without the use of cement. This method involves mixing and stirring a small amount of drilling fluid with powdered EC wall material. As this powdered EC wall material absorbs water from the drilling fluid and swells, it generates no waste slurry, allowing for the creation of a waterproof wall with excellent long-term durability. 【Features】 ■ Long-term durability ■ High waterproofing performance ■ Reliability against earthquakes ■ Adsorption properties ■ Cost-effectiveness *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Piping construction: "Top Mall Method" for underground installation of pipelines without excavation! Construction case study.

We will excavate underground extensively without digging, and install communication cables, gas pipes, and pipes for water supply and drainage.

The Top Mall Method (Small Diameter Boring Method) is a non-excavation construction method for the installation of buried pipelines using a drill boring machine. It is suitable for construction in locations where excavation is difficult, such as national roads and railway tracks, and is a clean and simple boring method that does not generate excavated soil due to its non-excavation nature. Additionally, it is equipped with a directional correction boring method. 【Features】 ■ Boring direction correction function: Curved boring is possible (Type M primarily focuses on straight boring) ■ Detection of the leading drill head: Can recognize angles and other parameters, ensuring high safety and reliability ■ Compaction method: No ground subsidence occurs due to the non-excavation method ■ Short construction period: Approximately 30m to 50m per day per location, depending on soil type, pipe size, and working environment ■ Daytime construction is possible due to minimal traffic disruption ■ Environmentally friendly clean method that does not produce industrial waste as excavation is unnecessary *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Injecting the repair agent deep into the crack! Introducing a repair method that improves the durability of structures.

The "Crack Bond Method" is a technique for injecting an epoxy-based injection material (Crack Bond) into cracks that have occurred in concrete structures at low speed and low pressure. Using the CRB injector for injection does not require special tools, making it easy to inject. By checking the resin remaining in the injection tool, you can visually confirm the curing state of the resin injected into the crack. 【Features】 ■ Improves the durability of structures ■ Allows deep injection at low speed and low pressure ■ Injection work is simple ■ Curing state can be easily checked *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
