Wire Pre-Cutting Method "L-Line System - Wire Unit"

With the unit wiring method, we simplify electrical construction and standardize the installation! Free from the joint connection work of VVF cables, reducing mistakes and shortening construction time!

The electric wire unit cable is a product that pre-cuts electrical wiring for homes and turns it into a unitized form! It streamlines the indoor wiring work of VVF cables (connecting to switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, distribution boards, etc.). This product is processed in a dedicated factory in advance. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of construction errors and shortened construction time By using color sheathed cables and destination labels, construction errors can be reduced. Since wiring at the ceiling beams is unnecessary on-site, work time is shortened. ■ Preservation of electrical drawings Approval drawings for the power company can be created, digitized, and managed for preservation. ■ High quality and high reliability Since branching connections are processed in the factory and all circuits are inspected, it is possible to deliver good products. ■ Diverse needs In addition to electric wire units, it is also possible to pick up information-related wiring devices and ship them by individual residence. ■ It is certified by the Japan Electric Wire and Cable Industry Association (JCS).

Examples of applications for rockfall prevention methods: very unstable large boulders.

Ensure safety during construction with temporary adhesion! This method does not introduce vibrations that pose a high risk of falling rocks.

We would like to introduce examples of applications for the rockfall prevention construction method by Daini Kensetsu Co., Ltd. Our rockfall prevention method is adaptable even to "very unstable large boulders." For example, this includes large boulders on ridges. During construction, we ensure safety measures by performing temporary adhesion without applying vibrations that pose a high risk of rockfall. Additionally, it is not affected by the size or shape of the target boulder. 【Features】 ■ A method that does not apply vibrations that pose a high risk of rockfall ■ Ensures safety during construction through temporary adhesion ■ Not affected by the size or shape of the target boulder *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Rivet Method "OURET Method"

Breakthrough the common sense of joining! New joining methods developed through unique construction techniques.

The "OURET method" is a completely new riveting technique that utilizes plastic flow through press processing to fill a groove provided in the joining target with base material for joining. Furthermore, it enables riveting under conditions that were difficult with conventional methods, such as hardened material shafts, resin, pipes, zero riveting, and simultaneous processing of multiple parts, thus infinitely expanding the possibilities in the field of joining with this patented technology. 【Features】 ■ Joining with press-formed sheet metal is possible regardless of the material of the shaft section. ■ By converting machined parts to pressed parts, material cost loss and machining costs can be reduced. ■ Procurement costs for parts can be compressed. ■ There are also achievements with coaxial connectors. ■ Challenges that were difficult with conventional methods can also be handled. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
