Ace Mall Method

Clearing a wide range of soil conditions! Introducing pipe jacking technology that takes the Earth's environment into consideration.

This technology employs a mud pressure excavation and discharge mechanism along with a unique position measurement system, achieving high-precision long-distance and curved advancement across a wide range of soil conditions from soft ground to bedrock. Additives are injected into the excavated soil, turning it into mud and pumping it up to the vertical piles. By controlling the amount of mud taken in, some is left in the ground to prevent the collapse of the face and pit walls, while the lubricating effect of the mud (slurry) reduces the driving force. 【Features】 ■ Clears a wide range of soil conditions ■ Achieves long-distance and curved advancement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ramsas Method

The soil removal method is vacuum suction! A variety of cutter heads tailored to the soil type are available.

The technology creates a method that forms a mud film on all excavation surfaces and constructs a highly stable tail void through approximately 25mm of overcut and the action of high-concentration mud water. The gravel is crushed within the chamber using a cone crusher and cutters driven by the outer circumference. Bit changes can be made from inside the machine, allowing for long-distance advancement. 【Features】 ■ A diverse lineup of cutter heads tailored to soil types (φ700 to 3,000) ■ The excavation method uses vacuum suction ■ Crushing capacity is 1-axis compressive strength of 350MN/m2 (RMS-GX type) ■ Bit changes can be made from inside the machine, allowing for long-distance advancement ■ The action of approximately 25mm of overcut and high-concentration mud water forms a mud film on all excavation surfaces while constructing a highly stable tail void *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

FRP lining waterproofing method【Sewerage facilities】

The design emphasizes corrosion resistance, crack-following ability, and measures to suppress pinholes!

The phenomenon of concrete corrosion in sewer facilities is known to occur due to the generation of sulfides by sulfate-reducing bacteria in sewage sludge. Hydrogen sulfide gas, which is released from the liquid phase to the gas phase, dissolves in condensation water and progresses due to sulfuric acid produced by sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. Even when a protective material is coated, corrosion progresses from areas where pinholes or cracks have formed in the protective material, which cannot keep up with the cracking, leading to breakage or fissures. The "Airtight Method" is designed with a focus on corrosion resistance, crack-following ability, and measures to suppress pinholes. In sewer facilities, we propose measures for reducing lifecycle costs and extending service life based on functions and performance that meet the required specifications and long-term durability records. 【Features】 ■ Maintains performance over a long period ■ Deterioration can be visually assessed, making repairs easy ■ High strength and flexibility enhance crack-following ability ■ High corrosion and chemical resistance, capable of handling special wastewater inflows *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

FRP lining waterproofing method【Water treatment facility】

Maintains performance over a long period! The deterioration status can be visually assessed, making repairs easy.

The concrete structures of water treatment facilities are subject to deterioration and corrosion due to erosion from wastewater and the intrusion of gases generated. Even when coated with anti-corrosion materials, deterioration progresses from areas where pinholes or cracks have formed that cannot follow the anti-corrosion material. The "Airtight Construction Method" is designed with a focus on corrosion resistance, crack-following capability, and measures to suppress pinhole formation. In water treatment facilities, we propose corrosion prevention and long-life measures that can meet the required performance capabilities and reduce life cycle costs based on long-term durability records. 【Features】 ■ Excellent acid and alkali resistance ■ Excellent chemical resistance ■ Prevents the occurrence of pinholes due to the characteristics of the countermeasure process and materials ■ Prevents contamination of groundwater and soil due to wastewater leakage ■ Good curing properties with no concerns about poor curing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Composite Anti-Corrosion Method "Slagreed SR Method"

Developed as a repair material for steel structures damaged by various factors! Introduction of a composite corrosion protection method.

The "Slagreed SR Method" is a composite (self-repairing) anti-corrosion method that utilizes blast furnace slag and employs the environmentally friendly water-based paint "Slagreed SR," which has a very high rust prevention effect. Its rust prevention capability on poor ground and low-cleaning surfaces is achieved by combining alkaline corrosion resistance with special rust inhibitors, allowing it to have a self-repair function even when the coating is damaged, thereby suppressing rust. Additionally, it does not require advanced surface preparation, and due to the high alkalinity of the coating, it passivates the steel surface and suppresses corrosion. 【Features】 ■ High alkalinity of the coating ■ Suppresses corrosion ■ No need for advanced surface preparation ■ Reconstructs passive film (Fe3O4) ■ Suppresses rust *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

From full-thread to wire - Achieving CO2 emission reduction and lightweight components simultaneously.

By switching from full-thread to Gripple wire, approximately 1.6 kg of CO2 emissions can be reduced per meter. This reduces processing effort on-site and allows for waste material reduction.

Traditionally, the "Type B seismic restraint," which often uses full-threaded rods, can achieve a reduction of approximately 90% in CO2 emissions by utilizing our BCJ-certified wire method. Switching from full-threaded rods to Gripple wire leads to a reduction of about 1.6 kg of CO2 emissions per meter. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for on-site processing and reduces waste materials. • Gripple has obtained ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certification.

BCJ evaluation acquisition Vertical self-weight support wire method_ All threaded to wire!

Replace vertical self-weight support with fully threaded bolts, allowing for construction with wires. With overwhelming workability and weight reduction, the efficiency of the entire process is improved, enhancing productivity.

Traditionally, it is common to use fully threaded rods for vertical dead weight support materials. However, in this method, by selecting an appropriate wire diameter according to the weight of the supported material, wires can be used as vertical dead weight support materials instead of fully threaded rods. This method has obtained general evaluation from the Building Center of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "BCJ") as the "Gripple Wire System - Vertical Load Support Method" (BCJ Evaluation - SS0062-1). Additionally, if seismic support is required, conventional seismic support construction must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines for seismic design and construction of building equipment.

A must-see for design offices! How about a proposal with a new construction method for differentiation?

Compared to steel frame and reinforced concrete construction methods, it allows for shorter construction periods and more affordable proposals. It has been widely adopted in apartments, condominiums, nursing homes, and kindergartens.

The new construction method "CFS method" is a highly durable and earthquake-resistant 2x4 steel house. The 2x4 steel house uses galvanized steel sheets, achieving high durability! It has 1.5 times the strength of wooden panels, while being more cost-effective than RC and heavy steel structures, offering an excellent balance of quality and price. We respond to various requests, such as reducing costs and shortening construction periods for RC and steel structures, or wanting to introduce the CFS method as an alternative to timber. If you have any questions about the introduction of the CFS method or requests for estimates, please feel free to contact us. *For the catalog, please download the PDF or contact us.
