The "Titan Coat," which has obtained NETIS registration, excels in long-term corrosion resistance for steel structures and realizes resistance to salt damage, safe and secure construction, shortened construction periods, and reductions in initial costs and life cycle costs (LCC). It is a re-corrosion progression suppression type (rust conversion type) coating that can be utilized as a painting system for extending the lifespan of bridges and similar structures. By processing the substrate with a surface preparation of at least Type 3 Keren B, it achieves rust prevention equivalent to the Rc-1 coating system. Since it does not require blasting treatment, it minimizes human and environmental impacts from dust and alleviates issues related to labor shortages. This method has accumulated over 1,000 construction achievements and is a rust conversion type anti-corrosion painting method called "Earth Coat," which adopts and inherits the same anti-corrosion substrate as its rust prevention layer while enhancing the durability of the protective layer. The protective layer uses inorganic fluororesin paint, forming a siloxane bond coating that excels in resistance to salt damage, achieving high durability with excellent weather resistance, stain resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, bend resistance, and crack resistance. 【Customer Development Needs】 We received a request to minimize the bezel by integrating the display glass and resin frame through one-shot molding, in order to maximize the display without changing the size of the mobile device. 【More Specific Requirements】 There was a demand to enhance the precision of the glass insert, minimize the bonding area to the utmost, and ensure waterproofing. 【Our Proposal】 We jointly developed a binder printing that bonds with resin on the back of the glass along with decorative design, which is fused using the heat of the molded resin. We ensured quantitative management of the bonding strength and guaranteed waterproof performance through airtightness testing with specialized equipment. Utilizing the advantages of our in-mold transfer technology, we established a method where "the transfer does not occur on the glass but does on the resin frame," allowing for frame decoration during molding. 【Customer Evaluation】 We were able to provide a product with a narrow bezel and no gaps or steps between the glass and frame, which has been adopted by set manufacturers both domestically and internationally. Additionally, we received requests for not only flat glass inserts but also "bent glass" inserts, which were also adopted.

Measurement using the Mobile Mapping System (MMS) allows for the efficient acquisition of all data related to road surface shapes, surrounding buildings, signs, guardrails, and details such as road markings and manholes, simply by driving a vehicle equipped with cameras, GPS, laser scanners, radar, and odometers (vehicle movement correction devices). The laser scanner can quickly and accurately measure a wide area of roads and their surroundings, enabling the collection of three-dimensional data, which is expected to be utilized in various fields. In this construction plan, we received a request to switch from the old large furnace to the new one without stopping the operation, which is the lifeline of the plating factory. Therefore, we installed a new large furnace on the phase one construction side to take over operations from the old furnace. Additionally, to avoid waste during future factory expansions, the building on the phase two construction side is designed to be suspended from the structural framework of the phase one construction side. In this project, we received a request to increase the crane lifting height due to the aging of the existing traveling crane. First, we conducted an investigation of the seismic resistance and strength of the existing building to confirm its current seismic resistance and strength. We determined that with reinforcement, it could withstand the elevation. During construction, we connected the columns of the raised portion to the existing column heads to enhance strength, and then, using the cover build method, we installed a new roof and walls before dismantling the existing roof from the inside.
