By using liquid nitrogen to freeze moisture and oil completely, it is possible to process food materials that are difficult to grind at room temperature into powder. Our grinding machine uses a hammer crusher mill capable of fine grinding with liquid nitrogen, allowing us to obtain fine powders (average 10µm to 300µm) that maintain the unique flavors and aromas of food materials, as well as heat-sensitive components.
