Sample distribution ongoing: Low-temperature and frozen pulverization contract processing [Osaka Gas Liquid]
Leave the crushing of food ingredients containing a lot of moisture and oil to Osaka Gas Liquid!
By using liquid nitrogen to freeze moisture and oil completely, it is possible to process food materials that are difficult to grind at room temperature into powder. Would you like to try contract processing at our FSSC22000 certified food factory? We also welcome requests for test grinding only! Our grinding machine uses a hammer crusher mill capable of fine grinding with liquid nitrogen, allowing us to obtain fine powders (average 10µm to 300µm) that maintain the unique flavors and aromas of food materials, as well as heat-sensitive components. We have three types of grinders with different processing capacities, so we can process from a few kilograms to several tons per day, tailored to your desired quantity. 【Features】 ■ By freezing the raw materials with liquid nitrogen, we can grind food materials that contain high levels of oil and moisture. * Unlike freeze-drying, there is no drying process, so the moisture content remains stable. ■ Grinding at temperatures below -100°C allows us to grind without damaging heat-sensitive components, aromas, or flavors. ■ By grinding in a nitrogen atmosphere, the product bags become nitrogen-rich, which helps suppress oxidation. ■ Due to the fine powder, dispersion in water is improved.

Our food factory offers contract processing technology that freezes food ingredients using liquid nitrogen (-196℃) and micronizes them to an average size of 10 µm to several hundred µm. 《Common food particle sizes》 - Table salt...150 µm - Roasted soybean flour...40 µm - Matcha...15 µm With our grinding technology, we can achieve particle sizes from that of roasted soybean flour down to below that of matcha. *This is for the finest grinding. "I haven't been able to grind successfully with methods I've tried so far." "When powdered, flavors, aromas, and heat-sensitive components are compromised." "I want to process/sell it as powder, but it always turns into a paste." "I want a fine powder, but the oil seeps out." "I want to prevent oxidation, but the oil components oxidize when exposed to air during processing." "I want a finer powder, but I can't achieve that with my current method." We can solve your concerns through low-temperature frozen grinding processing. If you want to powder this type of food, inquire about our grinding track record for this food, or want to see grinding samples, please feel free to contact us. A representative will get back to you.
