The latest loom model "NFME" is equipped with a high-precision drive system controlled electronically, allowing for infinite pattern repeats and flexible opening operations. It features a 1.5kW main drive motor and a winding motor with a maximum of 6000N, making it capable of producing heavy products. Compared to the previous model (NFRE), it achieves a speed increase of up to 20%. It is suitable for the production of lightweight to medium-weight elastic and non-elastic narrow fabrics. With a flexible modular structure that allows for changes in reed width and design, it enables quick switching of product designs. The electronic control of warp tension and weft supply ensures stable quality and the ability to accommodate a wide range of yarn types. It is equipped with a dobby that allows for six levels of opening settings per heddle frame, achieving a design adaptability of up to 100%. The dobby mechanism does not require oil, reducing maintenance and upkeep. With specifications that allow for the production of a variety of high-function products, including blast straps and shock absorbers, it significantly enhances productivity and competitiveness.
