Additionally, it has improved camera resolution while maintaining the maximum connection of six cameras, increasing the inspection area per camera from four areas to six areas. This device is a near-infrared spectroscopic analyzer that achieves optimal transmission measurement for liquid samples such as edible oils, beverages, and petroleum. With a mechanism that allows for the simultaneous measurement of multiple samples and a temperature control function, it streamlines the analysis process while achieving extremely high measurement accuracy through the incorporation of a high-end spectrometer. With the development of this device, Nireco's product lineup will now include both laboratory-use solid sample analyzers and liquid sample analysis near-infrared spectroscopic analyzers developed in-house. The A8860 near-infrared spectroscopic analyzer has realized a transmission measurement mechanism optimized for liquid samples such as edible oils, beverages, and petroleum, based on high-quality spectra achieved through the use of a proven large grating and monochromator. It is equipped with an automatic measurement function linked to a temperature control mechanism that can handle temperatures up to 60°C for each sample filled in the cell, allowing for automatic measurement after temperature adjustment to a user-defined sample temperature. The inclusion of a simple auto-sampler function enables automatic measurement of two liquid samples as standard. The control software offers simple operability.

Nireco Corporation has developed the Mujiken-RB, an electrode sheet inspection device capable of inspection and measurement on the manufacturing line of positive and negative electrode materials for secondary batteries. The newly developed Mujiken-RB employs a uniquely developed high-speed camera and high-speed image processing engine to achieve faster and higher-resolution inspection and measurement compared to conventional models, thereby improving inspection efficiency on the electrode sheet production line. In the manufacturing line of positive and negative electrode materials, which are key components of secondary batteries, high reliability is required for the products, necessitating inspection machines with high speed and precision. The Mujiken-RB, announced this time, inherits highly demanded features such as defect inspection of coated and uncoated areas of various coating patterns realized by the previous model e-FlexEye-RB2, as well as simultaneous inspection of both sides. With the incorporation of a new image processing board and a new camera, it can support line speeds up to approximately four times faster than conventional machines, and at the same line speed as conventional machines, it enables inspection with up to approximately four times higher resolution. The measurement function has also been enhanced to achieve more precise measurements, ensuring both productivity and accuracy required in the electrode sheet production line.
