Liquid Measurement Dedicated Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Analyzer "A8860"

Near-infrared spectroscopic analyzer that achieves optimal transmission measurement for liquid samples such as edible oils, beverages, and petroleum.

Based on high-quality spectra achieved through the adoption of proven large gratings (diffraction gratings) and monochromators (spectral units), we have realized a transmission measurement mechanism optimized for liquid samples such as edible oils, beverages, and petroleum, aiming for improved development speed, compatibility of parts, and cost reduction. The A8860 is equipped with an automatic measurement function that works in conjunction with a temperature control mechanism within the device, allowing for temperature control up to 60°C for each sample filled in the cell. It can automatically perform measurements after temperature adjustment to a user-defined sample temperature, freeing analysts from the cumbersome task of temperature management. Additionally, the inclusion of a simple auto-sampler function enables automatic measurement of two liquid samples as standard. The control software has been developed with a focus on user-friendliness, based on the experience gained from the A8850, achieving a simple operability.
