Introducing a case of a Brody disk adopted by the person in charge of a resin product manufacturing facility.

This is a case that was consulted by a representative from a resin product manufacturing facility, where the "Blow Disk" was introduced. They had been experiencing clogging issues in the screw discharge hopper for PET crushed material. Hitting the hopper did not help, and they reached out to try this equipment. After providing the material overview and hopper drawings, we offered advice on the installation position and lent them the product. With the air injection and vibration from this equipment, the test results were favorable. "We received an inquiry stating that despite installing standard aeration in the square hopper for sewage sludge incineration ash, some ash remains in the four corners." In a quicklime silo, compressed air is being pulsed through several 1/4 air nozzles as a bridge prevention measure, but bridging continues to occur. Even after installing air knockers in addition to the air nozzles, the issue was not resolved, leading them to contact us. We would like to introduce a case where "Blow Disk" was implemented to shorten the discharge time from the dust collection silo. The equipment flow is dust collector → silo → jet pack truck, and due to poor dust flow, loading onto the jet pack truck took a long time, which was the objective of this improvement. We installed a total of 24 units, with 1 unit on the bottom tier, 2 units on the middle tier, and 3 units on the top tier, on each of the 4 sides, close to the discharge section. We would like to introduce a case where the "Brodisk Mini" was adopted by a recycling-related business. At this location, there was a problem with the inability to discharge incineration ash, so we installed a total of 6 Brodisk Minis in 2 tiers, consisting of 3 units each, to resolve the issue. While some may consider 6 units to be excessive, the Brodisk Mini requires about 1/5 the amount of air compared to the Brodisk, which is why 6 units were deemed necessary based on the materials involved.
