The precision dispersing machine, stirring machine, and emulsifying machine "CreaMix" consists of a high-speed rotating rotor and a screen arranged with a small clearance (usually 0.2 to 0.5 mm). The processing material, energized by the high-speed rotating rotor, increases its velocity as it passes through the screen slit, forming a pulsed jet flow within the processing material in the tank, generating shear forces between the materials at the velocity interface. The high-speed rotating rotor determines the discharge flow lines based on its lead angle, which contributes to the axial flow component and the centrifugal force component, while the width and number of the screen slits determine the absolute velocity of the jet flow and the frequency of the pulses. This allows for control over the desired particle size and particle size distribution width. The clearance between the rotor and the screen is extremely small, not intended to provide shear force in the gap, but rather to convert the rotor's discharge flow into a jet flow from the screen slit as much as possible, serving the purpose of preventing leaks. When the rotor blades pass through the screen slit, the jet flow stops, and when the next blade arrives, the jet flow is discharged. This mechanism ensures that a continuous pulsed jet is emitted, preventing any accompanying flow.

Homomix line flow is a continuous emulsifying disperser that incorporates the stirring section of a homomixer into a special container. It allows for control of the processing liquid passing through the homomixer and discharges it while circulating the stirring section at a constant frequency. Since the processing liquid is transferred by a pump, there is no need for large tanks like those used in batch types. The short shaft eliminates concerns about shaft wobble, making operation and maintenance easy. (It does not have self-priming capability.) *There are also laboratory models available for research use.

This device is a scaled-up multi-unit type of the UH-SR series for production plants. A cooling system is installed at the front of each irradiation section, allowing for more precise temperature management. Additionally, the temperatures of the treatment liquid before irradiation and after irradiation can be monitored through the installation of thermometers. The scale-up can be done from two units to several dozen units, depending on the processing volume and specifications.
