The other day, I purchased a set of protectors (knee, elbow, and hand/3-piece set) for my child's bicycle practice. It all began in 1941 when I was climbing the Alps and got the idea from the wild burdock seeds that stuck to my clothes and my beloved dog. Research started in 1948. A patent was filed in 1951, and it was certified in 1955.
