Non-contact monitoring of epiwafer resistivity is possible!
The QC2500 series can monitor the resistivity of epitaxial wafers non-contactly. Using the surface photovoltage (SPV) method as the measurement principle, it detects changes in the surface potential of the wafer by irradiating it with pulsed light and measures the width of the depletion layer. Since the width of the depletion layer in a strong inversion state is proportional to the impurity concentration, it performs impurity concentration measurements and converts them to resistivity (ASTM).
In complex flow velocity areas such as estuaries, it is possible to measure flow velocity at each vertical layer.
The compact and lightweight body is equipped with sensors for compass, tilt, pressure, and temperature, which are recorded in the built-in memory. The sensor head is configured with three transducers tilted at 25 degrees, using three ultrasonic beams to obtain flow velocity profiles at any layer thickness (minimum 30 cm) and up to a maximum of 128 layers. With the standard 9MB memory and internal battery, it can conduct observations for 2 to 4 months. Additionally, by adding more batteries, the observation period can be further extended.
Memory CTD equipped with a high-speed response DO sensor. Model compatible with depths of 1,000m.
The RINKO-Profiler is a DO profiler equipped with a high-speed response DO sensor as standard. With an underwater response time of 0.4 seconds, it significantly reduces the observation time that previously took longer, enabling more detailed measurements of the vertical distribution of DO.
The latest advanced machine for aluminum parts processing for aircraft! A horizontal profiler achieving three times the productivity compared to conventional machines.
In recent times, as the demand for aircraft increases, the need for "high productivity" in production sites has become significant. SNK, which has a long history of achievements in machining equipment for aircraft, proposes its latest advanced machine, the "GHP Series." The "GHP Series" aims to achieve "low cost" and "reduced lead time" for high productivity by enhancing the performance of the spindle and drive systems, as well as developing a new horizontal 5-axis machining center with distinctive characteristics in its swivel axis configuration. [Features] ■ Equipped with a powerful spindle that has a rotation speed of 30,000 min-1, output of 120 kW, and torque of 83 N·m, utilizing an oil jacket system to suppress thermal displacement in the spindle drive and motor. ■ High-speed specifications with feed rates of 60 m/min and 1G high acceleration and deceleration, enabling faster feed rates. ■ By configuring the swivel axis of the horizontal machining center as an A/B axis (gimbal structure head), it produces smooth motion for complex-shaped aircraft component workpieces, achieving high-speed machining. ■ Minimizes thermal effects on aluminum workpieces through a horizontal machining center with excellent chip evacuation. The working environment is also considered with features like full splash guards. *For more details, please contact us.
Three standard variations! A real-time 3D profiler that achieves ease of use and low cost.
The "LHS-IV" is a real-time 3D profiler that allows you to observe the cross-sectional shape of a workpiece in real-time while holding it with one hand. By combining a one-axis moving stage and a rotating stage, it easily measures and displays surface shapes and overall shapes. Measurement data can be immediately observed with the K3D Save VIEWER, and can also be saved in CSV format for display in EXCEL or output in ASCII code. 【Features】 ■ Compact and lightweight ■ Handheld operation ■ Real-time profile (cross-sectional shape) ■ 3D scanning ■ Operates with a laptop, compact configuration *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.
