This is a liquid filling machine with all Teflon contact parts that can be used in hazardous locations. It is compatible with various containers, including medium-sized containers such as one-gallon cans, drums, and IBCs.

The liquid contact part uses a diaphragm valve made entirely of Teflon (PTFE), making it ideal for filling liquids such as semiconductor cleaning solutions that are sensitive to the generation of metal ions and contamination. Non-explosion-proof models can also be manufactured. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has overseas explosion-proof certification such as IECEx or ATEX. This is a semi-automatic drum filling machine with a pressure-resistant explosion-proof design that achieves a conveying level of 200mm. It can be installed without digging a pit if the front and rear conveying levels are low.

We have adopted a slim floor scale for the weighing platform of the semi-automatic drum filling machine, achieving a transport level of 200mm, which is 100mm lower than our standard transport level of 300mm. This allows us to accommodate cases with transport level restrictions. Additionally, if free rollers are not used in the weighing section, we can also support ultra-slim configurations with an effective loading surface of less than 100mm, making it ideal for cases where items are moved and loaded using drum lifters. Both pressure-resistant explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types can be manufactured. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must undergo domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. We have achieved automatic filling of 18L cans with the minimum necessary equipment configuration. The only task is to bring in the empty containers, and the filled containers are then removed.

We achieved low cost by using free rollers for the transportation of empty containers and the removal of filled containers. By simply bringing in empty cans with temporary caps, containers that have completed liquid filling, nitrogen filling, cap installation, and weighing are discharged. After setting the empty cans, initiating the filling operation automatically performs the following actions: (1) Removal of temporary caps (2) N2 purging (3) Accurate filling (4) Weighing * Equipped with a scale certified for Class 3 of the Weights and Measures Act (5) Cap installation Upon request, we also offer specifications without N2 purging devices, as well as unit-type fully automatic filling machines that come with labelers, depalletizers, and automatic palletizers. We also accept inquiries regarding handling for loading and unloading before and after. The standard is a magazine-type capper, but it can also be changed to a hopper automatic supply type capper. ■ The material of the valve contact parts can be selected from stainless steel or fluororesin (PTFE) ■ A weighing scale is included, compatible with the JIS standard for automatic scales ■ The filling valve can be easily disassembled and cleaned, ensuring excellent sanitary properties.

This is a semi-automatic filling machine designed for liquid filling into BIB containers (QB tainers) with pressure-resistant explosion-proof specifications. Non-explosion-proof versions are also available.

This is a semi-automatic liquid filling machine compatible with liquid filling for BIB (Bag-in-Box) and QB tenor. The neck of the inner container can be clamped with a fixture, allowing for precise and stable filling using a load cell. The BIB clamp fixture can be retracted, making it possible to also use it with standard one-gallon cans and 20L plastic cans. The contact parts can be selected from SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L (with PTFE seals) or all PTFE materials. With the optional nozzle initial position handle lifting mechanism, it can accommodate containers with different shapes and heights of openings. We can also design and manufacture surrounding devices such as nitrogen purge machines, cappers, and pressure-resistant explosion-proof driven roller conveyors, as well as front and rear transport devices, so please feel free to consult us. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations, even if it has explosion-proof certification overseas such as IECEx or ATEX, cannot be used in Japan unless it has passed domestic explosion-proof testing.
