■Features of the Device
- Uses our patented jacket nozzle, allowing for precise temperature control up to the nozzle tip, with the nozzle descending into the container for filling operations.
- Employs servo motors for the filling piston movement and vertical filling motion, enabling input of conditions via numerical values on a touch panel for reproducible production.
- Measures the temperature of the ogive and capsule before filling, allowing for variable hot air temperature before filling, ensuring that filling occurs at the same temperature each time.
- Pitch transport uses servo motors to quickly transport holders. Core processing hot air settings for temperature, airflow, time, and frequency can be configured via the touch panel.
- The cooling tunnel is designed for temperatures down to -15°C, and when the desired cooling time is input on the touch panel, the conveyor speed adjusts accordingly, ensuring products are cooled and discharged on schedule.
