Ultrasonic Flow Meter | Open Channel "DX25-PRO & PX-PCM4"

Ultrasonic flow meter designed for open water channels. Capable of measuring average flow velocity with high precision.

The DX&PX series can measure average flow velocity with high precision. Ultrasonic waves are emitted at a certain angle from a detector installed in the waterway. Immediately afterward, it switches to receiving mode and captures the ultrasonic waves reflected by suspended particles (impurities and bubbles) in the fluid. This is visualized and stored as the first scan after digital processing. Similarly, emission and reception are performed, and the flow velocity is analyzed based on the movement distance of suspended particles compared to the first scan. This is stored as the second scan, just like the first scan. Additionally, the flow velocity distribution, which changes with water depth, is measured intermittently by dividing it into windows. By repeating this operation up to 2000 times per second, the average flow velocity is measured in real-time with high precision.
