We would like to introduce the "NEDO Project," which aims to decarbonize the thermal processes in the manufacturing sector at Fujii Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. With the goal of decarbonizing thermal processes that handle metals, we are developing carbon-neutral industrial furnaces. Currently, we are collaborating with the National Research and Development Agency for New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) to implement this hybrid heating system. We are promoting a project that combines high-frequency heating utilizing induction currents with general heating through electric furnaces, creating a completely new heating system. 【Research and Development Items】 - Development of common foundational technologies for carbon-neutral industrial furnaces - Establishment of technology for ammonia combustion industrial furnaces handling metal products - Establishment of technology for hydrogen combustion industrial furnaces handling metal products - Establishment of technologies for reducing electric furnace power supply capacity and improving efficiency Among the above, we are working on establishing new technologies aimed at the integration of furnaces and induction heating. Company O, a manufacturer specializing in apparel, has been receiving orders for mass-produced accessories until now.
