The gasification incinerator consists of two chambers: the "gasification chamber" and the "syngas combustion chamber," and it is a batch-type incinerator that allows for the bulk input of waste. First, waste is loaded into the "gasification chamber," where a portion is ignited. The combustion heat then dries and thermally decomposes the other waste materials, converting them into combustible gas. This gas is then sent to the "syngas combustion chamber," where it is mixed with air and ignited by a burner to ensure complete combustion. For waste that is desirable to incinerate in a sealed state, such as medical waste in collection containers, this device is optimal from a safety and hygiene perspective. Melting treatment is a processing method that involves simultaneously charging various waste materials into an electric furnace along with scrap, utilizing the heat of molten steel. Electric arc furnaces for steelmaking are facilities that melt large amounts of iron scrap in a short time using ultra-high temperature arc heat generated by high-voltage electric current.
