Starting in 2023, our company has introduced a mobile three-dimensional measuring machine capable of measuring large objects up to 25 meters in size. Previously, we used a stationary three-dimensional measuring machine for measuring the dimensions of parts, but now we can also perform three-dimensional measurements of tanks and similar objects. Using an infrared probe, we can remotely measure parameters such as the height and flatness of nozzles. Impedance is a quantity that indicates "electrical resistance" in an electrical circuit. Unlike the resistance in direct current (DC) circuits, it serves as an important indicator of the relationship between voltage and current in alternating current (AC) circuits. Resistance has the characteristic of converting electrical energy into heat and indicates the ratio of voltage to current in DC circuits. On the other hand, impedance indicates the ratio of voltage to current in AC circuits and is a complex quantity that includes not only resistance but also reactance and inductance. ■ Measurement Methods and Precautions To measure impedance, specialized equipment such as an impedance analyzer or an LCR meter is used. By using these devices, you can accurately grasp the impedance characteristics and reactance components for each frequency. When measuring, it is important to be aware of the effects of parasitic inductance and capacitance. Dumasam has been favored for two generations, and with great anticipation, the Dumasam Realizer has been further enhanced. As a new feature, we have acquired a new patented technology called 'TSC' (Tool-Free Sealing Concept), developed with the theme that anyone performing maintenance on the equipment will achieve the same results. This change from the traditional tightening method to an interlocking method allows for consistent tightening force regardless of who performs the maintenance, successfully minimizing gas leakage issues caused by individual variations. Additionally, the oxygen supply system, fast setup, and rapid shutdown features that have been well-received in previous Dumasam models have been retained. The auto-sampler has been upgraded from the conventional 64 samples to 100 samples, and it is now possible to specify the sample tray number for prioritized analysis. This device has the industry's smallest dimensions at a width of 60 cm, making it suitable for compact installation spaces.
