Magnetic chitosan microparticles

Magnetic chitosan microparticles are created by dispersing magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles of about 10 nm in size into chitosan microparticles, with a chitosan content of 4.0%.

The interior of chitosan microparticles has a cross-linked structure, and the particle size distribution is broad, ranging from 40 to 80 μm. On the surface of the magnetic chitosan microparticles, Protein A or Ni-NTA affinity ligands are bound, and they are used in scenarios such as small-scale antibody/protein purification, immunoprecipitation, and pull-down experiments. Other functional groups and unmodified magnetic chitosan microparticles can also be offered as custom products.

Low electrical resistance, low-cost conductive materials! Core-shell type microparticles.

Customizable to meet your needs!! Core-shell type microparticles that can accommodate a variety of applications.

Core-shell type microparticles are microparticles that use different materials for the core (center) and shell (surface), allowing for the combination of core and shell to impart various properties. Our company handles microparticles manufactured by C&C Materials in South Korea. The Metal on Metal type is a microparticle coated with metal on top of metal, serving as a low-cost conductive particle as an alternative to silver. It features a dense and uniform core-shell structure and maintains stability in conductive performance over time (such as 1000 hours at 85°C/85% humidity and 280°C SMT TEST).

True spherical polymer microparticles "Art Pearl"

It is a fine particle polymer produced from suspension polymerization, suitable for light diffusing agents, AB agents, matte agents, and tactile improvement agents. There are acrylic-based and urethane-based types.

Art Pearl is a spherical cross-linked microparticle polymer produced by aqueous suspension polymerization, which does not aggregate and easily disperses in water and most organic solvents. There are two types of resin: urethane-based and acrylic-based, with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 150 μm. Acrylic-based is used as a light diffuser and matting agent, while urethane-based is used as a tactile modifier and decorative agent. We also offer cross-linked styrene microparticles, cellulose microparticles, and cross-linked urethane acrylate! For more details, please download the catalog. We also provide free samples, online briefings, and product customization. Please feel free to contact us.

ART PEARL Hollow Urethane Microparticles

It is a lightweight, crack-resistant hollow microparticle of cross-linked polyurethane that has an air layer inside.

Hollow particles with internal space possess lightweight, thermal insulation, and light diffusion properties, and are applied in the fields of electronics and building materials. However, existing hollow particles made from rigid materials such as silica and acrylic resin have faced challenges of being hard and brittle. Negami Industries has utilized its unique polymerization method to apply highly tough and high-strength cross-linked urethane resin to the shell material, thereby improving handling properties while maintaining the unique characteristics of hollow particles.
