DC blower fan motor

The blower fan motor increases the pressure of the gas drawn in from the front of the motor, provides speed, and expels air from the side of the motor using centrifugal force. They come in various sizes, from small ones used in precision devices such as personal computers to large ones used in factories and equipment. They are utilized for purposes such as blowing air, cooling, ventilation, and exhaust. Our blower fans have a motor positioned at the center of the impeller, and sleeve bearings are used for the bearings. The casing that covers the entire blower fan has a unique shape resembling an ammonite. Air is drawn in by a multi-blade runner attached to the motor, increasing the static pressure within the case and expelling air to the outside. The advantages include the ability to easily achieve high static pressure, allowing air to be delivered even in devices with high airflow resistance due to densely packed components, thus demonstrating sufficient cooling capacity. Additionally, the thin structure is suitable for localized cooling, and since the blower has a structure that expels air from the outlet, it can efficiently direct air to the areas that need cooling. On the downside, it is not suitable for wide-area cooling and is not ideal for applications that require a large volume of air. Care must also be taken regarding resonance with the mounting surface of the device during localized cooling.
