Arai Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will participate in the Saitama Open Factory 2020 in Iwatsuki Remote Challenge. At the Saitama Open Factory, we will challenge ourselves to adopt remote methods utilizing digital technology to contribute to "solving human resource issues," "expanding sales and revenue," and "revitalizing the local community and beyond" in the changing business environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While we usually welcome visitors in person, this year the event will be held online. You can easily participate with a simple registration, so we hope you will join us. The Saitama Factory refers to factories that excel in technology and environmental aspects, designated by the Governor of Saitama Prefecture as partners in the creation of a rich Saitama. We hope that many factories in "Saitama of Colors" will become "good places to live" for workers, "good neighbors" for the community, and engage in various forms of social contribution. Therefore, we aim to spread the concept of "factories loved by the community," which is one vision that factories should aspire to, while also wishing for increased interaction with the community and society, and the creation of better factory environments.
