The Zynq (AMD) features a state-of-the-art large-scale FPGA in a 60mm size SOM and a carrier board. With the compact 60x60mm SoM, edge AI and IoT can be easily realized. It implements the Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC (ARM Cortex-A53 Quad Core) and LPDDR4. By combining it with the carrier board, system construction can be easily achieved.
