The mainstream method on-site is prefabrication, where only the processed pipes are installed. The flare machine processes the ends of the pipes to create a flare connection using loose flanges, eliminating the need for flange welding. By using the flare machine, you can achieve "cost reduction," "shortened delivery times," and "improved quality" for processed pipes. <Flare Fitting> Flare fittings are weldless joints with flaring applied to elbows. <W Flange> With fewer bolts than standard loose flanges, the bolts, nuts, and gaskets are preset (attached), which reduces construction time. It has obtained NETIS certification. <Flare Drum> Around valves and strainers, flare drums with flanges welded on both sides of short pipes are commonly used. With flare drums, the loose flanges make bolt alignment easier, thus shortening construction time. <Flare Lap> Using flare laps allows for loose flange connections, making installation work on-site easier. "Industrial hard chrome plating" significantly improves wear resistance when applied to machine parts and tools due to its high hardness. Molds and dies benefit from improved release properties, resulting in more aesthetically pleasing products, while also greatly extending the lifespan of the molds. Additionally, in terms of corrosion resistance, it is effective in the fields of chemical and food industries. Furthermore, because it can be applied in varying thicknesses and even selectively, it contributes immensely to the industrial sector by enabling the repair of parts and the regeneration of worn components. 【Features】 ■ Hardness: Shows values of Vickers 800 to 1000 or more, much harder than heat-treated steel and nitrided steel. ■ Wear resistance: Utilized in various industrial products with rotating and sliding parts, yielding significant effects. ■ Heat resistance: Almost alloyed with the material, the adhesion of the plating is not affected even when heated to 600°C in air. ■ Corrosion resistance: At thicknesses of 0μ to 50μ, small pores and cracks that connect to the base material are completely sealed, providing sufficient coating and exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
