"Black ginger vinegar powder" is made using only the powdered form of the traditional Thai herb 'Krachai Dam', rice malt, and groundwater, following the same method as the brown rice black vinegar, a specialty product of Fukuyama Town in Kagoshima Prefecture. It includes all components, including the "moromi" sediment that settles at the bottom of the black ginger vinegar jar, and is processed into a complete powder. The functions of Krachai Dam combined with the power of vinegar are expected to have synergistic effects, such as aiding in weight loss, improving blood circulation, and providing strength.
