This time, we filled 15,000 mg (with a margin of error within plus 50 mg) of NMN, which is highly popular in supplements, into aluminum zip bags. The NMN powder has a large variation in the central particle size of the crystalline particles and is not very flowable. Normally, we would add over 70% excipients to improve flowability for weighing and filling, but for this product, we measure and fill by hand using a balance scale in a clean bench. Therefore, mass production is not possible, but our company fills materials that are difficult for major manufacturers to produce in small quantities without using excipients. We handle not only the procurement of raw materials but also the procurement of aluminum zip bags and the printing and creation of varnished labels, enabling one-stop comprehensive contract production. We fill the products at a facility registered with the Ishikawa Prefectural Health Department for food manufacturing permits.

Therefore, in addition to our contract manufacturing business for mass-produced supplements, we also offer sample manufacturing for raw material suppliers and individual storage of raw materials. We carefully fill supplements in aluminum zip bags with single ingredients in quantities of several tens of grams (with a margin of error of ±0.1g) in a sterile manner.
