To ensure the shape accuracy of the D-cut section, optimal machining conditions were set while considering cutting speed and tool wear. Additionally, in the finishing process, fine surface roughness was managed to achieve a high-quality turned finish. ◇Initiatives In the machining of this product, a multi-tasking CNC lathe was utilized to improve efficiency through process consolidation.
