For two consecutive years, we placed second, so we were determined to make it a charm on the third try. With the single-minded goal of winning the grand prize this year, the entire company came together to tackle the challenge. <Theme Project> A device that slices "sake cheese" as thinly as possible to create "sukeru cheese." As a result, we achieved our first-ever first place. 【What is the "Silly Things Grand Prix"?】 It is a contest where manufacturing professionals utilize their company's technology to seriously create a "ridiculously funny item" and determine the "silliest thing in Japan." We aim to deliver energy and courage to Japan through the earnest competition of small factories, where they passionately challenge each other with their technologies in the pursuit of something so silly that it makes people laugh. The "Silly Things Grand Prix" is held with the hope of sparking interest in "small factory technology" among as many people as possible. The competition method involves each company simply promoting their "silly thing" through presentations.
