We respond to our customers' diverse needs, from design and manufacturing of prototype products and concepts to parts processing for small and medium lot production, leveraging the regional characteristics of Ota Ward to build a network of small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses. Business Activities
Our specialty is NC lathe machining. We manufacture complex machined parts using NC lathes, NC grinding, machining centers, electrical discharge machining, general-purpose lathes, milling machine grinding, heat treatment, surface treatment, and more, regardless of the material. We process a wide range of materials, from stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper, and resin to difficult-to-machine materials such as molybdenum, titanium, tungsten, Inconel, tantalum, and magnesium. We accommodate all dimensional tolerances, from precision machining of 1μm to general tolerance products.
