(an aluminum die-casting manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture). The silica content in the well water is high at 48 mg/L, and when scaling occurs, it becomes a very hard scale, leading to a significant decrease in production efficiency and necessitating installation to prevent the occurrence of defective products. Countermeasures for Red Water in Business Hotels [Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 3]

Install this device on the return pipe of the circulating water to the storage tank! Conducted to check the feasibility of corrosion prevention while operating normally.

We would like to introduce a technical case of installing the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" at a certain business hotel in Saitama Prefecture. The piping of the business hotel consists of heat-resistant PVC lined pipes, and the hot water storage tank is made of steel with anti-corrosion paint. However, since it has been 17 years since its construction, repainting the anti-corrosion paint would require the hotel to close temporarily. In this instance, we installed the device on the return pipe of the circulating water to the hot water storage tank and conducted a test to confirm whether corrosion protection could be achieved while the hotel remained in normal operation.
