Portable Multi-Opening Processing Machine BM-18

We can process the chamfering of flat plates, R-edge rounding, beveling of pipe ends, and counterboring regardless of the material.

The maximum width of the beveling surface that can be processed is 18mm (for a bevel angle of 45 degrees). Depending on the material of the workpiece, several passes may be required. The rotation speed of the milling head can be adjusted using the dial at hand according to the material. There are seven types of beveling heads available (22.5°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°, 50°, 55°, 60°). Beveling tips are available for both steel and aluminum. The R chamfering head can be fitted with chamfering tips of R2, R3, R4, and R5. By attaching a pipe attachment, beveling can be performed on the outer circumference (minimum diameter 150mm) and inner circumference (minimum diameter 100mm). When fixed with a dedicated jig, it can also be used as a beveling machine for small workpieces.
