Achieving a reduction in processing time! Introduction of a manufacturing case for processing machines with increased rigidity.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "ventilated batten processing machine." The existing machine used at a house manufacturer (pre-cut factory) had become outdated, necessitating a replacement. The machine lacked rigidity, often stopping unexpectedly. Additionally, chips accumulated between the chains, leading to poor positioning accuracy, and the integrated input and output conveyors made operations cumbersome, requiring separation. After the introduction of the new machine, processing time was reduced thanks to increased rigidity. We installed covers on the LM guides to prevent chip accumulation and made it easier to collect dust with a dust collector.
