Microreactor "ULREA Series"

It is possible to change the shape of particles and react at temperatures higher than the boiling point. There is no concern about flow path blockage. We are currently presenting examples of iron oxide nanoparticle synthesis.

The "ULREA Series" is a microreactor that can continuously synthesize nanoparticles such as metals and organic pigments. By using a unique method that employs a gap of 1 to 30 μm between two disks as the reaction field, it contributes to shortening reaction times and improving yields, while also solving the problem of flow path blockage. By controlling the pH during the reaction, it is possible to change the particle shape, and the pressure control in the reaction area allows for reactions to be conducted at temperatures higher than the boiling point. 【Features】 ■ Easily produces fine particles of metals, alloys, oxides, composite oxides, organic pigments, pharmaceuticals (active ingredients and intermediates), core-shell structures, and more. ■ Excellent self-discharging properties, eliminating concerns about blockage due to the generation of products or bubbles. ■ Available in three models: standard, tabletop, and mass production equipment. ★ In addition to the catalog, we are currently offering materials that introduce examples of fine particle synthesis of iron oxide. You can view them via "PDF Download."

Flow reactors for various continuous production of pharmaceuticals *Chemical experiment materials available.

Accelerate CO2 reduction and SDGs with continuous flow devices! Support experiments with rental labs. We assist in solving challenges with safe, secure, and highly efficient continuous flow.

Experiments on chemical processes necessary for the development of pharmaceuticals, such as synthesis, mixing, extraction, separation, recrystallization, hydrogen reduction, and cleaning, can be conducted in a continuous flow system. Precise control of temperature, flow rate, and pressure contributes to safe operation and accelerates research and development. Materials can be changed to suit chemical resistance (SUS316L, nickel alloy, PTFE, glass, etc.). We support the possibility of continuous production through the design and manufacture of flow reactor systems. 【Products Offered】 ■ Microreactors (precise mixing, ultrafine particles) ■ Integrated microreactors (with scale-up options) ■ Micro-scale CSTR (hydrogen reduction, recrystallization) ■ Mixer settlers (extraction/separation, cleaning, continuous flow of separating funnels) ■ Microwave irradiation flow reactors (reducing reaction time through internal heating) 【Available Equipment for Rental Lab】 ○ Analyzers (liquid chromatography (HPLC), gas chromatography, ReactIR, microscope, etc.) ○ Various pumps (syringe, diaphragm, tube, mono, etc.) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ambr250 High Throughput Gen2

Industry-standard high-throughput bioreactor system optimized for process characteristic analysis.

The Ambr 250 High Throughput Generation 2 is a multi-parallel bioreactor system that accelerates process development and characterization analysis schedules to achieve cost reduction. Its fully continuous gas supply system realizes similarity with large-scale bioreactors and optimizes the scale-down model. Through the integration of analysis options such as the capacitance-based BioPAT Viamass, it supports extensive feedback control.
