Forced film-type microreactor "ULREA"
Continuous synthesis of various fine particles such as microspheres and nanospheres is possible. Steady scale-up has been achieved with three different models for different applications.
The "ULREA" series is an energy-efficient, low-power microreactor that allows for the continuous synthesis and surface treatment of nanoparticles and microparticles. By utilizing the micrometer-scale gap that forms between a rotating disk and a fixed disk as the reaction and crystallization field, it achieves reduced reaction times and improved yields, while also solving the problem of flow path blockage. In addition to standard models, there are also tabletop models suitable for experiments and mass production devices available, enabling a reliable scale-up from research and development to mass production. 【Features】 ■ Easy creation of microspheres and nanospheres that uniformly encapsulate drugs in polymers, as well as control of particle size ■ Capable of producing various nanoparticles including metals, alloys, oxides, composite oxides, organic pigments, and emulsions ■ Low contamination risk, yielding high-purity reaction products with high yields ■ Instantaneous mixing conditions and control over the surface state of particles are possible ■ Supports solvent removal, gas-liquid reactions, and hazardous reactions ■ Enables molecular-level diffusion and high-speed mixing *For more details, please download the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
