Forced Film Flow Microreactor ULREA

The ULREA series has introduced a tabletop experimental machine!

The ULREA SS-11-75 is a tabletop experimental device with a reaction chamber disk diameter of φ75, allowing for small-scale experiments. By utilizing a forced thin film as the reaction space, it enables the production of nanoparticles and the synthesis of new materials, which were previously impossible with conventional reaction devices. In particular, in the synthesis of new materials, using the forced thin film microreactor ULREA (Alria) allows for the development of novel materials with new effects and performance that could not be achieved in batch processes. 【Features】 - Achieves ideal molecular diffusion in a stable microspace reaction field of several to several tens of micrometers. - Self-discharge capability prevents blockage from products and gas bubbles, maintaining a consistently fresh reaction environment. - Capable of large-scale production through scale-up. - Cleaning and sterilization are possible with CIP and SIP. Decomposition cleaning is also easily achievable. - Realizes low pressure loss and low energy consumption, contributing to resource conservation. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog. Microreactor ULREA SS-11-75

ULREA is a forced thin-film microreactor, a new principle reaction device that utilizes the microchannel formation technology we have independently developed.

ULREA is a reactor that uses a forced thin film (microchannel) formed between a rotating disk and a fixed disk as the reaction field. It can be applied to all chemical reactions, including crystallization and reduction reactions. Particle size can be easily controlled from single nanoparticles to microparticles. A tabletop experimental device with a reaction disk diameter of φ75 has been introduced. It allows for experiments with small quantities.

Mac Technical Report [1] On Continuous Flow Synthesis

Mac Tech provides information on continuous flow synthesis and microscale organic synthesis. *Technical materials are currently available.

The main theme of Mac Tech Research is "Continuous Flow Synthesis." The target audience is researchers (commonly referred to as experimentalists) who have learned and conducted organic synthesis but are attempting continuous flow synthesis (at the lab scale) for the first time. In recent years, many people have been keenly aware of the trend towards continuous production in industries such as pharmaceuticals. At the same time, I feel that there are quite a few individuals who, despite their interest, are struggling due to a lack of prior information. Therefore, through this technical report, we hope to provide some of the missing information, and we would be pleased if it can be of some assistance to our readers. [Contents] ■ Introduction ■ About Continuous Flow Synthesis ■ About Microscale Organic Synthesis *The technical document "Mac Tech Research" can be fully viewed by downloading the PDF.
